Jar Field

Unglazed jars planted in rows across a field of blue and green aggregate, running back to a rough pink clay wall that closes the horizon completely. No sky to escape into beyond a thin band. The near jar is cropped at the bottom edge and the whole grid tilts slightly, which keeps it from settling into a catalogue. The only image in the collection where a human hand made the object.

All prints are presented on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Giclée paper. Frames are solid wood from sustainable sources, manufactured to high standards.
